3. Account Registration and Terms

To use LoveLocalize, you must create an account by providing accurate and complete information. You are responsible for:

• All activities that occur under your account
• Immediately notifying us of any unauthorized use
• Ensuring your contact information remains current

3.2 Account Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old to use LoveLocalize. By creating an account, you represent and warrant that:

• You are of legal age to enter into this agreement
• You have the legal authority to bind any organization you represent
• All information provided is accurate and truthful
• You will comply with all applicable laws and regulations

4. User Content and Intellectual Property

You retain all rights, title, and interest in your original content, including:

By uploading content to LoveLocalize, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to:

• Provide technical support and service maintenance

You may not upload or process content that:

• Violates copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property rights

5. Payment Terms and Billing

7. Service Availability and Modifications

9. Limitation of Liability

• Your use of the service is at your own risk

9.2 Liability Limitations

To the maximum extent permitted by law, LoveLocalize's total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service in the 12 months preceding the claim. We shall not be liable for:

• Indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
• Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities
• Damages resulting from third-party actions or services
• Issues arising from misuse of our platform

10. Termination

10.1 Termination by You

You may terminate your account at any time by:

• Following the cancellation process in your account dashboard

10.2 Termination by LoveLocalize

We may suspend or terminate your account if you:

• Violate these Terms of Service

10.3 Effect of Termination

Upon termination:

• You may export your content within 30 days

• Outstanding payments remain due and payable

11. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of Vietnam, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts of Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam.

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and LoveLocalize regarding the use of our services.

13.2 Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.

13.3 Assignment

You may not assign or transfer your rights under these Terms. LoveLocalize may assign these Terms in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
